Subacute Services

All services provided meet the residents’ needs in accordance and close coordination with physician’s orders. Patient centered plan for care providing ventilator support, ventilator liberation, decannulation, tracheostomy care and communication (Passy Muir Valve).

  • Essential medical equipment supported by 80KW emergency generator and backup battery (10 hour battery for Ventilator)
  • Patient Monitoring using oximeters and end tidals CO2 monitors
  • Patient specific plan of care: ventilator support, ventilator liberation, decannulation, tracheostomy care, and  communication (Passy Muir Valve)
